Seasonal April-October
The specialist will play a key role in the field of tourist hospitality: he will be responsible for the reception services of our B&Bs and will take care of a whole series of activities that are essential to the client, from his arrival to his departure.
The resource will manage communications for the client, will book, register and assign rooms, and will provide information on request of the guest.
Finally, he will promote the activities and services related to the reception service: our restaurants, the tours we organize, the Spa at our clients' disposal, the Il Bottaio Gallery and its services. It has organisational-managerial and administrative tasks, as well as surveillance and control.
Essential characteristics for this work are the ability to listen, empathy and the pleasure of working in contact with people. It must be familiar with hotel technology, have organisational skills, juggle very well with the English language and have a minimum of familiarity with IT tools.

Ideal candidates have a good presence, a propensity for interpersonal relations and teamwork. They must also have passion and dedication to the job and know the English language. Preference will be given to experience in the role. The level of grading and remuneration offered will be commensurate with the experience of the candidates.

dexterity. In particular, skill is required in the preparation and processing of the
dishes, with method, cleanliness and order.
It will be considered a preferential requirement to have a hotel school diploma and / or
